Providing support, leadership and development to teams and individuals within a contact centre environment the successful candidates must demonstrate.
*Previous supervisory / management experience.
*Experience of working in a contact / call centre environment preferred.
*Hands on approach supporting team members.
*Ability to deal effectively with requests, answering queries, taking responsibility for processing each enquiry though to a satisfactory conclusion.
*Liaise with other members of the team where complex issues may require their assistance.
*Ability to maintain accurate, up to date and appropriate records.
*Delivery of an effective, high level service to all customers, through their team.
*Ability to handle a range of different situations and react accordingly.
*Desire to work to and exceed targets.
This position would suit an ambitious senior contact centre advisor or a seconded team leader who is looking to take their next steps in their contact centre career.
