An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor in Bristol. We are looking to expand our existing team and require those who can commence employment as soon as possible.
This is a fast-paced, demanding role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
As a Recruitment Advisor you be required to have recruitment knowledge (ideally within engineering or professional services), be a self-starter in supporting recruitment activities and stakeholders across all engineering sectors.
Adhere to recruitment procedures and policies
Support recruitment team to achieve their targets and KPIs
Building of candidate pools through various sources and networking activities
Maintaining regular contact with active candidates, building and maintaining network of associates up to and including requirement closure and candidate rejection/offer stages
Building effective relationships with stakeholders
Experience of dealing with external agencies as appropriate
Ensure ATS is updated in priority order
Proactively supporting recruitment projects and campaigns
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within the software engineering sector however other recruitment sectors will be considered
Experience working in an internal recruitment role will be highly preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with employees and management would be a prerequisite.
Understanding of HR policies and practices
