We then recommend and agree a suitable campaign of activity - e.g. targeted advertising, database, networking and search - and work proactively on your behalf to reach and engage with the very best prospective candidates from the appropriate marketplace.
Applicants are screened, interviewed and assessed in line with agreed criteria and a Shortlist Report produced which, along with CV's, is presented and discussed face-to-face. We then help you design, implement and manage the interview & selection process, through to offer and acceptance.
