Agile Project Manager by rapidly expanding, market leading organisation based in the heart of Swansea. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, leading and motivating agile project teams to achieve an elevated level of performance and quality. The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment.

The Agile Project Manager will work within the business at an enterprise or programme level, leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams.

Duties of the Agile Project Manager:
*Project Planning and Management - Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
*Team Management - Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work.
*Product Owner Support - Support the Product Owner or Project Business Analyst in managing customer expectations for project deliverables.
*Stakeholder management

Essential Skills
*Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
*A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies.
*Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
*Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

Desirable Skills
*Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
oJira experience
oProject Management tools
oMicrosoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools
*External client facing experience
*Multi lingual
