As a Process Improvement Consultant, you will be a lead within the organisation's customer excellence programme, which is a major development programme designed to create new better ways of working across all of the customer and business support focused operations and improve the quality and effectiveness of all processes and interactions with their customers.
This is a new and exciting role where you will need to be a highly motivated, influential individual who will be able to
*Identify, manage and implementation of improvement efforts aligned to the business goals with emphasis on removing cost and increasing process efficiency, improving customer and employee experience, maximising technology, driving up capability and improving activity base cost.
*Ensure and be accountable that all processes meet regulatory requirements and be consider as an expert by internal and external stakeholders.
*Establish root causes of any errors and issues.
*Highly motivated, influential individual who will be able to undertake detailed process mapping that leads to implementing effective change improvements.
*Work with senior leaders to agree, prioritise, plan, coordinate implementation and follow up on all process improvement activities.
Experience in the financial services or legal sector would be beneficial with a strong knowledge of process mapping and improvement in a contact centre or back office environment being essential.
