*Deliver clear, well organised and complete basic advisory work independently and more complex advisory work for management review in line with agreed deadlines and standards.
*Gather the necessary information from clients to aid the presentation of a complete file for review
*Budget for client work accurately, agreeing upfront the cost the client can expect to incur
*Ensure client work is completed within the agreed budgets/client costs
*Support the team to help in achieving business targets
*Manage the client relationship
*Mentor and support more junior members of the team to help them understand the role
*Review initial work prepared by Trainee Advisors and Advisor, Seniors and provide review points
*Set an example by attending business development events and successfully engaging with clients to generate new wins
Skills and experience required:
*This role requires minimum of AAT level 4 qualification and practical experience
*Farming, agricultural or equine roots
*Sound knowledge of in-house tax, accountancy and management software tools
*Excellent communication skills, both written and particularly verbal
*Good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues with strong ability to build rapport
*Ability to share knowledge to help others develop
