Role Purpose: Providing pivotal end-to-end vacancy management for all Retail Management positions across dedicated regions. Providing a credible and professional service you'll act as an employer brand ambassador ensuring all of our candidates benefit from a positive experience whilst supporting the overall attraction and engagement strategy. You'll have a strong understanding of key business levers to deliver effective and proactive end-to-end recruitment solutions and develop strong talent pipelines that support our business growth.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
?End to end resourcing delivery across our Retail business, driving direct sourcing methods, social attraction and candidate assessment.
?Manage the end to end recruitment process for all Management and New Store roles across the UK, delivering it in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
?Build a detailed understanding of business priorities and develop a dedicated and evolving Resourcing strategy to deliver current and future skills.
?Candidate assessment: Use a thorough candidate assessment approach to identify the very best talent aligned to our skills and capability needs.
?Broad use of a range of talent attract methods/channels and support with the messaging of our exciting employer value proposition (EVP)
?Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to review the existing process and make recommendations based on insight/expertise.
?Deliver a value add resourcing service across the business that shapes how we recruit.
?Set up and maintain job adverts on relevant websites, social media & job boards
?Effectively sift and screen candidates.
?Arrange interviews/ Group Assessments on behalf of the Hiring Manager, liaising with candidates and key stakeholders.
?Send candidate applications to hiring managers in line with set SLA's
?Be a point of call for hiring managers and advising on best causes of action
?Use an ATS to ensure that all candidate activity is compliant and up to date throughout the recruitment process
?Consider and drive methods that will drive attraction to our brand to ensure a pipeline of high calibre candidates meet business demands
?Carry out candidate telephone interviews for key roles as required
Required Skills & Experience:
?Extensive recruitment experience, either generalist or specialist (preferably in-house within a regulated environment).
?The ability to leverage the use of social media, job boards and other channels to attract talent.
?Able to work independently and with limited supervision.
?Strong interpersonal and communication skills
?Excellent attention to detail.
?Good written and verbal communication skills.
?Ability to develop effective relationships with a wide variety of personalities
?Good organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise and manage workload.
?Excellent team player with a "can-do" attitude
?Effective in the production and maintenance of reports and communicating these into hiring managers and Resourcing/HR Management
