The BDE will report to directly to the Operations Director and will have full accountability for business development, client relationships and customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have a strong B2B consultative sales background, ideally operating in a similar role that provides technology solutions.
*Acquire new customer through our business partners to support the growth and use of our technology.
*Create network of customers through regular contact using a consultative sales approach
*Manage and grow a book of business.
*Act as the main point of contact with appropriate customers. Maximize growth opportunities with existing customer
*Present new opportunities and manage requirements internally to providing all appropriate information to support sales growth
*Robust character with the ability to remain focussed on sales growth.
*Ability to communicate at all levels with both customers and the wider group.
*You must have a solid consultative business-to-business selling experience and a track record of successfully developing and managing complex accounts.
*You are results-oriented, articulate, with excellent relationship building skills and the ability to utilise relationships to uncover and develop new opportunities.
*International travel will be required
In return you will get to work with a supportive and experienced sales team, an uncapped commission structure.
