This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced forward thinking Contact Centre Manager to develop their own skills further with an organisation committed and focused on employee engagement.
You must have the following skills
*Extensive experience of managing team leaders within a large multi-channel contact centre.
*Exposure to a multi-product and client management with the ability to build strong relationships.
*Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to deliver results.
*Excellent people/performance management skills; quick to identify behavioural issues.
Our client would ideally like to engage with candidates who have the hands on ability to develop, mentor and coach team managers leading to an improved performance whilst being able to bring in new ideas to the strategic plans moving forward.
