Your core role will require you to
*Be a strong and decisive decision maker who takes personal responsibility having considered both short and long term implications in a potentially sensitive environment.
*Be highly focused individual who thrives on getting things right first time.
*Manage the Collections Team to meet key performance targets for the collection of outstanding balances for current and past customers
*Control the existing and implement new processes to ensure that customers' Direct Debits are set at the optimum level
*Work closely with our Systems Team to ensure the efficiency of our collections processes are maximised
*Work closely with our Finance Team to ensure the collections targets and strategies are aligned with the business model
*Prepare regular reports to inform key stakeholders of team performance and leading the segmentation of customer debt
*Develop and manage of new initiatives to help customers pay for their product usage
*Continual training and development of all Collections Team members
You will have experience of management within a collection's operation, where you have achieved company/ departmental targets and KPI's. Coupled with this will be strong examples of performance management.
