I am excited to be working with this successful Bristol based organisation again. Due to their continued success I have been asked to recruit another Customer Service Team Leader to join their high performing expanding customer service team.

Having worked with this forward thinking progressive organisation for a number of years I can honestly say they are leading the way in customer service engagement and have passion for the development of its people.

Leading a highly talented team you will be providing support, leadership and development to team members within a contact centre environment.

The successful candidate must demonstrate.

*Having excellent leadership skills and experience of managing high
performing contact centre teams.
*Know exactly how to motivate, communicate and influence your team.
*Hands on approach supporting, coaching and developing team members.
*Be able to lead through change and deliver a consistently brilliant
customer experience.
*Have strong analytical and numeracy skills.
*Define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
