You will be required to
*Lead a broad team of MI analysts, Resource Planning and Forecasting analyst, responsible for identifying trends and recommending achievable customer experience improvements across the customer contact operation.
*Develop and implement a robust customer insight reporting structure using data analysis, that supports business performance while sharing valuable information that drives change.
*Build strong stakeholder and client relationships which you can influence through consistently providing communication on success and failures.
*Develop and improve the technology approach to data, while being comfortable with the technology challenges of working in a data driven environment.
Essentially you will be able to demonstrate experience in
*Excellent people leadership skills, leading a team to deliver market leading data and insight.
*Building and delivering presentations with the ability to explain complex matters in verbal, numerical, and descriptive formats.
*Passionate about data driven technology improvements linked to customer contact centre operations.
*Communicating and influencing at all levels of an organisation
*Interpreting and understanding complex data in a fast moving and changing environment.
This is a very varied and exciting role which will require the implementation of a strong Customer Insight and Reporting program, so solid leadership skills will be essential from the start.
