As a Deputy Customer Care Manager working with a hugely successful global brand you will ensure that your management team is motivated and energised to provide excellent and inclusive services that respond to customer and business needs.

You will lead a group of Customer Care Advisors and will and be responsible for creating an environment where all customer contact is responded to quickly, consistently and to in line with the organisations high standard of customer service.

Essentially you will be able to demonstrate experience in

*Leading and empowering the contact centre team to ensure they are operating at their full potential though delivering coaching and mentoring
*Developing an environment in which team members are treated as individuals and achievement is both recognised and rewarded
*Creating a team that takes pride in delivering a first-class customer service
*Delivering a clear training, development and continuous improvement plan that supports all team leaders and team members
*Ensuring the quality monitoring processes are adhered to and any shortfalls in quality are addressed
