Within the role you will ensure that an excellent experience for all existing, new and potential customers is provided in order to support department contribution to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
We are ideally looking for candidates who are passionate about Customer Services and must have relevant contact centre experience at a Team Manager/Leader level.
You must be able to motivate and lead a team and have the ability to recognise potential team or process issues.
You will also need:
*Good interpersonal skills
*A flexible and committed approach
*A positive attitude
*Knowledge of customer service best practise.
