Artis Procurement is excited to be working with this established travel organisation again and due to their continued growth, I have been asked to recruit a Rotations Manager.

Leading a high performing team, you will ensure that their ships are sufficiently staffed for safe operations, organising the people logistics, facilitating, and ensuring all ship-based employees have consistent development and complete necessary regulatory training. Working with the resourcing team, you will support the smooth delivery of all planned and unplanned ship rotation activities while always looking for continuous improvements to service delivery

To be successful in this role you must be a driven people-leader with experience of scaling up operations while achieving high performance and quality.

Key Rotations Manager responsibilities…
*Accountable for all scheduling and planning of the shipboard workforce ensuring the right roles are on the right ships at the correct times (Right People, Right Place, Right Time)
*Manage the global crew logistics meeting all airline, cruise line and border control regulations including but not exclusive to travel, accommodation, regulatory training, visa, medical, third-party agency and port arrangements.
*Effectively forecast workforce and recruitment requirements with a quarterly, half yearly and annual outlook using the information to influence and improve business operations.
*Deliver continuous improvement reviews and activities to deliver cost savings and efficiencies whilst improving employee and customer experience.
*Coordinate and communicate reporting related to scheduling and workforce planning to all relevant stakeholders.
*Provide leadership to the department, foster teamwork and conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and process changes, as well as discuss and resolve day to day scheduling issues.

Rotations Manager experience…
*Demonstrable experience in a People Logistics and Scheduling role within a multi-skilled environment is essential.
*Engaging, developing, and motivating a workforce logistics team to deliver outstanding results.
*Strong technical background in using MS packages and WFM technology.
*Stakeholder management experience with the ability to collaborate with, negotiate and influence others.
*Strong systematic and insight skills.
*To have good understanding of workforce, forecasting and planning.
