As a Head of Commercial, you will play the lead role in evolving new and existing relationships and engineering outcomes with the customer group. Leading a large team, split across bespoke design customers, existing customers, and supply chain, driving sales growth through improved customer understanding meeting the demands of a busy market.
Head of Commercial responsibilities…
*Develop the business's Commercial strategy to ensure you exceed the business sales targets.
*Lead commercial negotiations to secure long and short-term contracts and develop strategic alliances both internally & externally to secure a favourable long-term position in a highly competitive market.
*Support growth plans by leading the commercial part of our growth strategy, improving the value chain, developing new partnerships and new business development ideas
*Innovate the range of product and service offerings provided to differentiate our value vs others.
This is remotely based role, however you would need to be able to travel to key locations in London and the South West. The role has an excellent salary, bonus and benefits including pension, car allowance, 26 days holidays and much more.
