As the Reporting and Management Information Analyst you will be required to provide accurate and timely MI to the operation identifying performance improvements and efficiency savings across all departments.

The Reporting and MI Analyst duties and key responsibilities:
*Produce strategic performance information across developing solutions in line with business strategy.
*Proactive in the delivery of critical information and data analysis to drive improvements in efficiency, productivity and performance.
*Determine and provide logical explanations for changing trends in operational performance backed up by empirical evidence.
*Extract and fully analyse any information and data ensuring that reports articulate findings and provide suggestions and/or training on improving business performance.
*Proactively liaise with stakeholders to form report specifications, using commercial knowledge to make recommendations on what would best serve the department/business.
*Provide statistical analysis on business metrics to assist with forecasting/budgeting.
*Help identify and present to line management process improvements.
*To undertake any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post as and when required.

The ideal Reporting and MI Analyst will have the below skills and experience:
*Proven experience in information management with the ability to review and analyse historical data and performance
*Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Access, PowerPoint with demonstrable understanding of advance Microsoft Office tools (e.g. VBA, pivot tables, array formulas, SQL, data import / export etc)
*A methodical and detailed approach to problem solving, able to analyse and think logically
*Strong communication skills, able to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
*Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines, using own initiative.
