This is a superb opportunity to join a market leading company within utilities industry. With an established reputation for strong service delivery, our Client, based juts outside of Swindon is looking for a Customer Service Technical Trainer to design, implement and deliver a number of innovative training courses, specifically to support their Customer Services Advisors with technology and system knowledge. This will help support the organisations company care principles by providing an excellent training program, ensuring all employees deliver the highest standards of service provision to their customer.

Your core role will require you to
*Delivery of system or technology training courses ensuring the core messages are delivered effectively.
*To motivate and enthuse others, whilst ensuring the training and development activities are closely aligned to commercial requirements. You must also have the ability to appraise staff with proven feedback skills.
*Evaluate full Induction programmes on products, systems and technical training to new starters and existing staff.
*Design and create, an innovative training program, that inspires our people to deliver the best service.
*Design and co-ordinate competency-based assessments.
*Current knowledge of effective learning methods, specifically e-learning and system simulation.

Essentially you will consider yourself a
*Passionate about developing others and be able to inspire your trainees to be as enthusiastic and committed as yourself.
*Experienced in the training and development theory and also have the practical expertise of, rolling out and delivery of training programs.
*To have a good understanding of the current learning trends and innovations in the training profession.

Knowledge and experience in training, design and delivery across different mediums is essential.

This is a very varied and exciting role which will require the implementation of a new learning and development program, so solid leadership skills will be essential from the start.
