Your core role will require you to
*Delivery of system or technology training courses ensuring the core messages are delivered effectively.
*To motivate and enthuse others, whilst ensuring the training and development activities are closely aligned to commercial requirements. You must also have the ability to appraise staff with proven feedback skills.
*Evaluate full Induction programmes on products, systems and technical training to new starters and existing staff.
*Design and create, an innovative training program, that inspires our people to deliver the best service.
*Design and co-ordinate competency-based assessments.
*Current knowledge of effective learning methods, specifically e-learning and system simulation.
Essentially you will consider yourself a
*Passionate about developing others and be able to inspire your trainees to be as enthusiastic and committed as yourself.
*Experienced in the training and development theory and also have the practical expertise of, rolling out and delivery of training programs.
*To have a good understanding of the current learning trends and innovations in the training profession.
Knowledge and experience in training, design and delivery across different mediums is essential.
This is a very varied and exciting role which will require the implementation of a new learning and development program, so solid leadership skills will be essential from the start.
