This is an exciting new opportunity to join an expanding team focused on driving a first class customer journey and experience.
Working with both senior stakeholders and operational and change teams in order to ensure that Customer Journeys reflect the needs of both their customers and business.
You will be
*Able deliver insights and change on all aspects of the customer experience (from face to face, via the internet or making contact over the telephone).
*A passionate customer experience professional, with excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
*Focused on delivering excellence in service to customers and the drive, energy, and commitment needed to make an impact.
