*You will take a change management lead on core programmes being implemented by group functions such as IT transformations.
*You will be managing the impacts to the business across EU markets and the relevant functions impacted within these markets
*Diligent risk management with close management of effective mitigations, escalating risks and issues in project governance where necessary.
*3rd Party and/or outsourced supplier management required to deliver / support change.
*All project documentation is maintained and managed as per scope of role.
*You will not have any direct control over a budget or the financials relating to a project, this is managed via the IT Governance board and sign off processes in place prior to project delivery.
*As part of the business change principles you will be expected to monitor and review (post project) the success of the project delivery e.g. benefits realisations, both hard and soft in accordance with the business case.
*Take personal accountability for quality and accuracy of change management and deliverables.
*Work in conjunction with the Head of Change to improve the quality of change management and transformation in market.
*Work with your peers, influencing and driving best practices that are at the right level.
*Agile and Prince 2 (Sprint vs waterfall approaches)
*You are an experienced APMG Business Change professional Lean/ six sigma certification
*Change management and business readiness professional 3rd Party management Microsoft packages
*International experience (EU preference Creative problem solving
*Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills, ability to communicate complex ideas simply at all levels of the organisation Process focus and detail orientated without losing bigger picture
*Comfortable dealing with external suppliers in complex high pressured commercial arrangements
*Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities taken on
Key experience required
*Excellent change management skills, using APMG and Lean methodologies to execute change focusing on people, processes, the systems and tools they use, whilst ensuring excellent communication throughout the lifecycle and scope
*Proven experience of project management in complex organisations
*Experience of successfully leading large multi-disciplinary project teams potentially across multiple organisations and locations
*People capability analysis, managing the gaps, including an understanding of HR business process changes Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
*Very strong stakeholder management skills at all levels from exec to front line employees
*Be able to think holistically and analytically and know when to take which approach
