You will be responsible for developing and implementing a bid process across all channels for the organisation, to deliver high quality tender submissions and drive best practice compliance. You'll design and deliver a strategy and objectives to achieve winning submissions that are high quality and create real impact for the customer through strong branding, compelling content and professional presentation. You will also be responsible for reviewing submissions, reflecting on how to continually improve.
*Commercial mindset and self starter attitude
*Good knowledge of the specification sector, with experience creating specification tender documentation
*Ability to work with pace but with attention to detail, able to produce consistently high quality work
*Ability to manage multiple projects achieving deadlines without comprising quality
*Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
*Project management experience would be preferred as you'll ideally have experience gathering information, data and assets and pulling this content together
*Degree level education
This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £35,000 p/a including benefits such as a health care plan, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and more.
