*Inhouse experience in either internal communication or employee experience, with a proven track
record of delivering solutions to achieve results
*Expertise in the latest insights and trends in the internal communications world
*A collaborative approach comes naturally to you, and you'll be confident engaging with board level
*Experience designing and running workshops and focus groups
*A positive and proactive attitude, as well as plenty of initiative and curiosity
*Flexibility to travel and work with clients across different time zones
