Artis Marketing are working with an exciting travel organisation to recruit an Email/CRM Marketing Manager in Bristol. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced start up culture but within an internationally recognised brand. You'll be an experienced cross-channel marketer with hands-on experience in automation and user experiences creation, and confident leading initiatives that add real commercial value.

This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the development of a world-class digital marketing experience and make a meaningful impact on the future of the business as a whole. You'll be responsible for a significant budget, have access to a substantial database of customers and the freedom to control as most work is carried out inhouse. The team is also likely to grow within the next 12 months so you'll soon be managing executives.

In the role, you'll ..
*Lead the CRM marketing strategy, from design to execution, and drive growth at scale across email,
SMS, push notifications, in app messaging and more (including marketing automation campaigns)
*Research, test and scale new customer acquisition channels, techniques and technologies
*Increase ROI by designing, deploying and analysing A/B split tests

You'll have ..
*A proven track record of driving sales across various channels, including email, SMS, push
notifications and in app messaging
*Significant hands-on experience growing revenue with 1-to-1 and cross channel marketing
personalisation using enterprise-grade tools - experience with Salesforce would be an advantage
*A tech-savvy outlook with a data driven mindset (including experience with Google Analytics/Tag
Manager)
*Experience managing large customer databases, international and multi-lingual campaigns
*A self-starter attitude and be able to work independently
*Experience in the travel, hospitality or ecommerce industry would be hugely advantageous
