We are looking for a creative, passionate and driven team player to join their People Function and lead the "Early Careers" schemes and strategy, helping them to continue to attract talent and build capability for the future.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Planning, working alongside Business Partners and closely with the Resourcing team, this contract position to cover maternity leave will include being the trusted advisor and subject matter expert within HR on all aspects of their Early Careers schemes and outreach.
The Early Careers Lead role is within their Strategic Planning team who are responsible for providing forward thinking plans and subject matter expertise in workforce planning, talent management, early careers, total reward, well being, ED&I and management information. Other key accountabilities will include;
Design and manage attraction campaign at careers events.
Champion the ongoing development and implementation of the Early Careers Strategy.
Maintain existing and build new relationships with further and higher education establishment and external networks/communities to widen the candidate pool.
Manage Early Careers programmes including managing the relationships with apprenticeship training providers and analysis/reporting on diversity and conversion data.
Task manage support provided by the resourcing team for the recruitment and on boarding of Early Careers campaigns.
The successful candidate will need to have experience of developing and implementing Early Careers strategies to be considered.
