Our client, a growing and unique charity, is recruiting for a Fundraising Manager (0.8 FTE) to lead the fundraising team. This part time, varied role is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward thinking and values led organisation. Reporting into the Director of Marketing & Business Development, you'll focus on developing corporate opportunities, individual giving and supporting the applications to trusts and foundations.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Develop and manage the fund raising strategy from corporates including sponsorship, advertising and giving opportunities, building long term relationships with companies
*Support external agencies in grant applications, acting as the conduit between the third party and the organisation
*Work collaboratively with the Fundraising Development Officer to develop individual giving
*Lead on all aspects of fundraising compliance
*Utilise a CRM system ensuring all fundraising activity records are effectively maintained and provide monthly financial reporting
*Manage a small team with regular reviews, performance development conversations and mentorship

You'll need:
*Experience in a fundraising team, with proven success securing income from corporates, trusts and individual giving
*Outstanding relationship building skills, able to influence and negotiate with others to achieve desired outcomes
*Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Excel and using CRM
*Budget management experience and an awareness of compliance and legal fundraising frameworks
*People management experience, formally or informally, would be desirable
*High level of integrity, honesty and professionalism
*Strong written and spoken communications skills
*A degree education would be preferable and professional fundraising or project management training would be desirable

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of up to £37,000 pro rata plus 29 days holiday + bank holidays, flexible working hours and more.
