Key responsibilities will include:
*Support the Fundraising Manager in all areas, including membership schemes and developing the annual fund
*Manage relationships with external audiences, contributing to and creating communications that highlight fundraising aims
*Develop strategies to increase marketing and fundraising communications opt-ins
*Contribute to establishing a legacy programme with the aim of increasing awareness of legacy giving
*Create compelling development literature including regular newsletters
*Support organisation of events as required
*Maintain the fundraising database including updating contact details, communication preferences, recording donations
*Assist the Fundraising Manager and wider development team with other duties where appropriate
*Experience in a professional fundraising environment, managing successful membership scheme, annual fund or another individual giving programme
*A 'hands on' approach, with a willing to support all areas as required
*Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders across the business
*Degree level education, with a fundraising qualification desirable
*Good written and verbal communications skills
*IT literate including Microsoft programs and utilising databases
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000 pro rata plus 29 days holiday + bank holidays, flexible working hours and more.
