A market leading brand, based in London (hybrid working) is seeking a Communications Manager to work with the Finance team to explain a major project to investors and key financial journalists. You will will also build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including financial institutions. Other key responsibilities will include;

Develop the narrative and key messages for a financial audience.
Produce well-written and thoroughly researched communications materials.
Raise the profile of the project through a programme of external engagement, including meetings and promotional events, with banks, potential investors and other financial institutions.
Prepare speeches and briefings for senior members of the executive team.
Provide a programme of communications to support the project's formal capital raise phase.
Promote the importance of the finance model.
Manage reporting to investors, with a particular focus on how the project will deliver its ambitions.
Build and maintain good relationships with key financial journalists so that they are well briefed.
Manage and engage with external consultants as required to support the work of the Finance team.

You will be an existing Communications Manager with a wealth of experience working at a senior level in financial PR, either 'in-house' or in agency comms. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of financial reporting, plus experience of briefing and 'selling in' to key financial journalists. As a strategically minded individual you will also have strong attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Lastly, you will possess proven experience in briefing senior executives and managing relationships in a complex organisation.
