*Ensuring that KPI targets are reached and maintained on a week to week basis.
*Communicate with clients on service issues in a professional and courteous manner, and implement solutions/changes to improve service and standards if required within agreed time scales.
*Ensure that no client becomes dissatisfied with our performance or service delivery.
Maintenance of up-to-date employee files
*Typing, filing, faxing, photocopying and archiving of documents within the HR function.
*Prepare weekly reports
*Must be able to cope with pressure, high volumes of work and deadlines.
*Credit control functions as required.
*Dealing with day-to-day enquiries from staff/customers and outside sources and directing appropriately
*Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
*Preparing statutory accounts - when qualified
*Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
*Reconciling bank statements
*Controlling credit and chasing debt.
*Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
*Processing bank transactions on Sage
*Working on ad-hoc projects that arise intermittently
