As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team you will develop and implement an evolved people strategy to ensure it is future proof for continued growth, with a focus on engagement and the continued empowerment of employees, managers and leaders alike. You will be regarded as a commercial leader within your current business and respected for the contribution you make to business performance.
The role will oversee all aspects of the HR agenda, through a team of circa 20 with the opportunity to shape and develop the function as you desire to support the business.
The organisation and Senior Leadership team are entrepreneurial and creative, and this role will suit someone who has challenged general HR conventions and who will always look to drive and deliver new ideas. This mindset is one of the key aspects of the role.
Culturally you will establish this forward thinking, agile team who are moving away from a focus on policies and procedures.
The successful individual will be familiar with large regional populations, and supporting a business with a high percentage of customer facing front line staff.
This will be a busy, challenging and exciting role but there remains a key focus on work life balance and doing the right thing by your people. You'll understand how large complex organisations work and demonstrate that you are driven, articulate and persuasive.
