Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting global brand in Bristol with the recruitment of a People & Culture Advisor, this is a permanent full time post offering hybrid working and a salary of £40-42,000pa.

As a member of the People & Culture team, the role holder will be responsible of ER advisory to the P&C Director, Business partners, managers and employees.

The P&C ER Advisor is an expert in ER and UK legislation and is able to manage ER related topics like restructuring processes, redundancies, settlement agreements, grievance, disciplinary, PIP, sick leaves.

The role holder will report into Head of People & Culture, P&C however it will work closely with the P&C BPs and will partner with the employees and managers, to ensure the UK legislation is always considered when making decisions.

Thanks for the exposure to all the Global Functions Managers and Employees, this position will give the successful candidate the opportunity to understand the company, P&C Function and processes to be able to progress a career in P&C Business Partnering.

Accountabilities

*Strong operational and working knowledge of UK employment legislation
*Experience of managing employee relations casework
*In depth knowledge of employee relations processes and procedures
*Provide clear guidance to managers and employees regarding their responsibilities within a process and procedure and the elements the P&C function will undertake. Processes:
oPIP
oSick leave
oReturn to work
oGrievance
oDisciplinary
oSettlement agreements
*You'll be expected to use your experience of collective consultation and work with restructures and OD changes and provide expert ER advice / support, this would include
oDrive preparation of a consultation process
oPrepare time lines and deadlines
oPrepare documents, templates, rules that are necessary for each step of the process
oConduct individual consultation meetings with employees
oPrepare redundancy packs
*Manages data access request
*Work closely with the Pensions team to prepare redundancy numbers
*Liaise with solicitors for settlement agreements preparations
*Able to identify, quantify and effectively mitigate risks and issues
*Coach, guide and support people managers to formulate pragmatic and business focused solutions, balancing that with policy application and broader employment legislation
*You will be analysing data and information in order to provide clear people information to the organisation
*Ability to be proactive and to use initiative is essential
*Is responsible of data Audit for the P&C Teams
*The role holder will support P&C BPs in some steps of the 'International transfers' process
