Take the lead identifying, planning and implementing HR interventions that will drive increased managerial capability and performance across the business.
Develop practical people strategies with line managers that address immediate and long-term key strategic objectives with each function.
Develop excellent knowledge of business areas to assist senior managers proactively to improve business outcomes and employee experience.
Lead the effective implementation of planned HR and people management programmes by coaching and mentoring managers in delivery.
Partner with managers and team leaders to ensure that HR policies and processes are consistently implemented and embedded across the group.
Establish and embed competency framework and talent management strategies to aid retention and facilitate career progression through the business.
The successful candidate will be immediately available, CIPD Level 5 and be able to demonstrate previous HR Business Partnering experience across complex organisations. A strong communicator, you will be able to show oversight of change experience, excellent stakeholder management and a true solutions focused attitude. This is an exiting opportunity in a growing business.
