Artis HR is excited to bring to the market a new opportunity for a HR Strategic Business Partner within Head Office / Customer Services functions, this is a permanent full time post to be based in Swindon but offering flexibility to be based from home. Our client is looking to pay between £50-55,000 per annum.

Role Purpose
Our HR Strategic Business Partner is responsible for supporting in the successful implementation of the HR Strategy whilst providing day to day support on all generalist HR matters. This involves working across all business areas, but with a core day to day focus specifically supporting our Head Office Teams and Customer Centre.

Working as a key part of the HR management team they create, develop, and sustain credible and productive working relationships. By communicating, interacting collaboratively and continually looking to develop others they successfully deliver joint organisational goals and cultural change that is aligned to the mission and values.

They lead, manage, and develop the HR Admin Team in the provision of an exceptional HR service to all team members within the Group. This includes ensuring that from first contact through to resolution, managers and team members receive both the correct advice and any supporting documentation including policies, letters and contracts.

Sourcing HR specific MI, the HR Strategic Business Partner creates and distributes regular reports on all core areas of HR, supporting in the identification, improvement and successful delivery of the HR Strategy and wider organisational goals.

Finally, they demonstrate belief in the company vision, alongside being a strong advocate and driving the Group to be a great place to work.

Core Responsibilities
*Partner with leaders within the Head Office Teams and Customer Centre to implement the HR strategy and objectives.
*Input, support, and lead implementation of HR strategy through the HR Admin Team and their day to day working practises.
*Provision of expert employee relations (ER) advice and practical experience in supporting Senior Stakeholders through people processes.
*Translate business requirements into solutions, collaborating with Organisational Development, Resourcing, and the wider HR team to ensure resource availability and successful implementation of solutions.
*Sources Management Information to create regular and timely HR Scorecards for all business areas to drive continual improvements.
*Uses HR Management Information and databases to gather, interpret and evaluate information identifying both current and future problems, enabling recommendations and decisions to be made.
*Establish a culture of self-sufficiency through being a role model and coaching managers around HR processes and practices.
*Managing the HR Admin Team and driving their ongoing development.
*Alongside Organisational Development build a manpower and succession plan for the function.
*Complete senior level exit interviews.
*Attend Stakeholder Management meetings providing an HR update and/or training.
*Analyse management information reporting to line management as needed and recommending strategy from trends/risks identified through analysis.
*Work in partnership with wider HR team on specific projects adding value to the whole business.
*To undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

*Significant and demonstrable experience of working as a credible Strategic HR Business Partner with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all areas of HR.

Skills and Experience
*An experienced HRBP with a track record of operating at a senior level within a HR team.
*Proven experience of working in partnership, building strong working relationships, and coaching and influencing senior stakeholders in order to drive high performance.
*Change management experience including experience of organisation restructure and TUPE.
*Demonstrates strong business/commercial approach and understanding of business needs.
*Excellent technical HR knowledge including UK employment law - CIPD Level 7 qualified or relevant experience to demonstrate level of competence.
*Strong employee relations experience with experience of managing complex cases.
*Able to demonstrate ability to solve difficult problems.
*Demonstrable experience of recruiting, leading, and managing high performing teams
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present multifaceted ideas.
*Willingness to share knowledge and experience to mentor colleagues across the team.
*Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
*Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft office packages.
*Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
