Artis HR are supporting an exciting, fast paced business in central Bristol as they recruit a HR Shared Services Manager. This is a permanent full time position paying up to £50,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits. The organisation has experienced impressive growth in recent years and has continued ambitions for the future.

Reporting to the Head of HR and managing a small team of HR/ER Advisors, you will lead on shaping and implementing a brand new operational support service. You will play a pivotal role in a dynamic and collaborative HR team, delivering new and innovative ways to improve the employee lifecycle and shape an exceptional workplace culture. You'll be based in Bristol with occasional travel to other business locations as required.

This role will see you:
*Support your direct team through any complaints/ER issues, ensuring outcomes are prompt and fair, as well coaching them in their own career development
*Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the employee experience
*Be a subject matter expert on all employee legislation, ensuring all policies are up to date and reflective of the organisation
*Coach the operational leadership team in ER principles and issues, as well as developing the people management capabilities across the business
*Work with the wider HR team regarding attendance and absence levels as well as employee wellbeing

To be considered you'll need:
*CIPD qualified (ideally MCIPD) with substantial HR Experience, delivering a business focused HR service over multiple sites and/or a large geographical area
*A pragmatic and hands on approach to all HR issues, with solid understanding of all employee legislation
*Credibility and gravitas to strategically influence and challenge when needed across all levels with exceptional stakeholder management skills
*Experience leading a team and coaching others around you
*Focused on outcomes and results, with ability to manage multiple HR projects with successful delivery
*Experience in change management, Right to Work, restructuring and managing TUPE would be advantageous
*Full driving licence as occasional travel is required
