Artis HR are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Assistant, this is a fantastic opportunity working for a recognised business in Bristol who have a global presence. A permanent full time post paying £26-28,000 pa with home based working.


Key Responsibilities

*Maintain the integrity of the People System/s to ensure people data input is consistent, timely and accurate
*Provide headcount and other people data reports to a number of internal and external stakeholders on a regular monthly rhythm in addition to ad hoc reports as requested
*Translate data reporting to digestible messages for stakeholders and provide reports within Excel and/or creating decks in PowerPoint as necessary
*Input all people data and changes on behalf of the People Team such as starters, movers, leavers etc
*Administer the outcome of the annual Salary Review
*Act as the main People Systems expert and train employees and managers where required
*To deliver regular reporting needs to People Director i.e. Board Reports
*Champion new ways of storytelling with people data and drive improvements in reporting
*Comprehensive and proactive People Team administration throughout the employee life cycle ensuring all contractual paperwork is accurate and compliant and employees files are maintained to appropriate standards
*Support with exit interviews
*Support with interview logistics and administration for recruitment
*Supporting the delivery of induction and onboarding
*Supporting the delivery of all internal development activity including liaison with external supplies, setting up cohorts, uploading new learning content, management of internal learning library.
*Support with all People Team projects such as employee surveys, annual people plans
*General point of contact for Pukka people queries
*Maintain and update People Policies as necessary
*Ensure accurate payroll input each month
*Collaborate with the Finance Team and payroll provider to ensure deadlines are met, payroll is processed smoothly and accurately
*Act as first point of contact for payroll provider to ensure effective partnership
*Liaison with Pensions provide to ensure new members are set up correctly and correct deductions are paid
*Manage the paperwork associated with any employee loans, as agreed between Finance and People Team
*Administer the Cycle to Work scheme and Wellbeing and Development fund

Person Specification

Knowledge & Experience
*Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
*Comfort with administrative process flows and process mapping
*Administrative support experience within an HR context including recruitment, development, contracts and payroll
*Involvement with the development, implementation or upgrade of an IT system preferably within an HR context
*Payroll input and checking with a working knowledge of basic tax rules and payroll requirements as significant advantage
*Liaison with external suppliers/partners, developing relationships and creating long term effective partnerships
*Experience of working within a complex commercial environment
*Experience of working at pace with ability to maintain clarity
