Our client is seeking a HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC, based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the business to promote the People Agenda across the organisation and provide commercial, pragmatic advice and support across all HR disciplines, in line with company policies, procedures and legislation, promoting best practice and helping create a culture where employees feel valued and engaged. Other key accountabilities include;

Partnering with managers to influence, support and coach them on people issues and topics in support of them achieving their business objectives.
Understand the key business issues, spot trends and take positive action to progress the people agenda and embed excellent people practices.
Contribute to projects or initiatives to support the development of the business and culture in line with the People Strategy.
Provide advice and guidance to the business.
Support the recruitment and selection process as required.
Champion employee engagement and empowerment.
Promote well being policies and initiatives.
Provide accurate, comprehensive and timely information for monthly payroll amendments.
Support learning and development across the business.

The successful candidate will have a generalist HR background and ideally have the CIPD qualification. Perhaps you have already worked as a HR Business Partner or looking to become one having acted as a HR Advisor for a period of time. You will be able to evidence your practical knowledge of L&D, Talent/Resourcing, ER and HR policy strategies. A true relationship builder you will have a commercial mindset and demonstrate how you have impacted/contributed towards organisational performance.
