Our client has doubled in size over the last 5 years and they're looking to grow further.
We're looking for a Recruiter to join the Recruitment team, which is an integral part of the HR department. The Recruiter will be accountable for building a pipeline of candidates for designated vacancies as well as looking after the recruitment function for Bristol. This role will be based in Bristol with regular travel to London.
This role is responsible for providing end to end strategic and innovative resourcing solutions to attract top talent, with a focus on maximising direct hires, whilst reducing reliance on recruitment agencies. It is important to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
The Recruiter will initially and primarily focus on the research and sourcing of candidates, whilst also being an essential contributor to the full life cycle of the recruitment process.
The Recruiter will own the research strategy, producing rigorous research plans and think creatively and strategically about where obvious and lateral talent pools lie. You'll develop deep knowledge of various candidate pools and grow your knowledge of various candidate pools, whilst growing their understanding of what good looks like.
*Support the Head of Recruitment in the implementation and delivery of the resourcing strategy and associated projects to the meet the demand of the pipeline in line with our strategy.
*Recruit all agreed vacancies within dedicated business areas within an agreed timeframe, ensuring that the most suitable and cost effective sourcing strategy is used
*Proactively identify initiatives to drive recruitment activity.
*Have a keen awareness of diversity and actively encourage a diverse talent bank.
*Understand business demands and map relevant markets, identifying and approaching people, qualifying their interest and fit for particular roles.
*Proactively identifying, sourcing and securing candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods, job boards and relevant social media sites.
*Establish and maintain effective networks and relationships with internal and external stakeholders/resources to promote and identify referral opportunities.
*Proactively build and maintain the candidate pipeline, through proactive research and those candidates are communicated to regularly.
*Map out and review competitor structures.
*Making recommendations on hires, outlining candidates' relevant experience and motivations.
*Ensure iCIMS is fully utilised and candidate records are updated (in keeping with GDPR) to allow for accurate reporting and effective onboarding.
*Produce statistical analysis on recruitment for business areas, including regular updates on cost saving and recruitment spend to the business, highlighting ways to increase return on investment and value for money.
*Provide support and guidance to the Recruitment Coordinator and wider HR team.
*Assist with the recruitment lifecycle, including the administration and coordination of vacancies, interviews, contracts etc.
Knowledge, Experience & Competencies
*Experience as a researcher, recruitment consultant or resourcer in both a recruitment agency, executive search firm plus a similar inhouse role at a large commercial company.
*Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search engines and job boards.
*A methodical approach coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
*Strong attention to detail.
