Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation and they have an immediate requirement to recruit a Pensions Administrator to provide additional support on a interim basis. This will be a two-phase project supporting the Financial Controller as well as offering assistance to the Pension administration team.
Core elements of the role will include settling fees by using cash balances as available in the client accounts and where this is not possible, requesting disinvestment via the Pensions Admin team to the client’s IFA. You will also chase internal teams for progress on disinvestments, regularly review client balances to ascertain if funds are available to settle the debt and for other outstanding fees, communicate directly with the client in order to reach settlement.
Ideally you will have experience within pensions administration, possess strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to pick up new tasks quickly and think on your feet. This contract will initially be up to a six months in duration, however as the company continues to grow there is every likelihood long term opportunities will exist. Remote working available with the expectation of circa 2/3 days office based (Central Bristol).
