ArtisHR are currently supporting a leading business in Bristol with the recruitment of an L&D Business Partner / Project Manager, this is a permanent full time post paying £38-40,000 + benefits.

Purpose of Role:
To scope and lead the delivery of training and communication solutions to meet the objectives of business areas as a result of IT system related projects/programmes/upgrades

Key Accountabilities
*Support the Communications and Training Manager in delivering training and communications solutions as a result of the implementation of IT programmes, highlighting risks and identifying options for the next course of action
*Prioritise, plan and organise project workload; ensuring that resources are utilised in the most effective way to satisfy the needs of stakeholders
*Ensures requirements of IT and systems developments and new initiatives are fully scoped and their impact on the business understood and documented
*Work closely with stakeholders to identify priorities on a short and long term basis and manage change effectively within affected business areas, by developing solutions that focus on changing skills and behaviours
*Ensures design and delivery of training and knowledge management solutions are effectively delivered in line with business requirements
*Evidence the Return on Investment and impact that training/communications have on business results
*Ensure that business critical tools are developed to offer the best value to the business
*Able to influence peers and senior stakeholders to achieve project outcomes

Experience and Qualifications

*2 years L&D/Communications experience
*Experience leading L&D/Communication projects/programmes under own autonomy
*Client/Stakeholder management

*Experience of knowledge management
*Experience of resource planning
*Project management experience
*Confident and comfortable in an IT systems environment
