Senior Reward Manager, Head of Reward - Remote based

As a national Group that are moving to a centralised HR model with the establishment of a Centres of Excellence, in which Reward will naturally sit.
This role will reporting into the Group HR Director and will shape the Group strategy alongside key HR peers and with the buy in of Senior Operational stakeholders.
The role will undertake a review to establish the picture of Reward and Benefits currently across the different business units, and will begin the process of developing a more uniform offering across Pensions, and wider benefits.
You will oversee a job evaluation and salary benchmarking review to establish closer job families, and categories to enable bandings to be more meaningful across different operating businesses.
Naturally at this time the role will be remotely based but in the longer term they have a flexible approach with a 50:50 split of home working provision.
