Working within a Group Function for a successful, and expanding national business this is an exciting opportunity for a people leader to develop the businesses strategic plans, identification of appropriate change or learning interventions, team development work, and change coaching and management of cross divisional projects.

This role adapts to the needs of the organisation to ensure value add and a focus on improving performance.

You will have operated successfully in a people change focused role where your broad HR and Learning experience has been supplemented with an understanding and application of business change and transformation.

Broader responsibilities will include:

*Overall leadership of strategic group wide projects e.g. Capability Frameworks for core skills. Responsible for successful delivery against agreed metrics, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, project delivery and related organisational communications.

*End to end ownership for project implementation and management of resources, suppliers and process changes as required. Autonomy to take decisions on resources and suppliers as necessary in the interests of the project.

*Providing thought leadership and relevant external insights to ensure that the best, fit for purpose, solution is selected for the Group.

*Influencing and aligning key stakeholders across Divisions to ensure opportunities to leverage the group are fully realised whilst recognising individual divisional requirements to ensure successful adoption.

*Develop and maintain close working relationships with the Divisional HRD and Executive teams. Collaborate to address business challenges and influence People Strategies through provision of insight and expertise relating to People, culture, change and learning.

*Drive continuous improvement in leadership behaviours and change capability, through coaching of senior stakeholders and delivery of solutions designed to build capability

*Work with HRD's and Exec team members to ensure the successful design and delivery of the people capability strategies in larger Divisions. Shaping strategy with internal and external insights to enhance plans e.g. use of Education, Experience & Exposure in learning plans.

*Responsible for interpretation and ownership of strategic objectives to local capability/ OD plans in partnership with HRD and Group OD

*Through the use of internal and external partnerships ensure that execution of the Division capability plan / activity is fully owned, managed and delivered to the highest possible standard. Where-ever possible ensure that the Delivery of core "Learning for All" offer to be utilised and embedded in all Divisions.
