Our international client based in Bristol (but with flexible working 3 days from home) is looking for an experienced Resourcing, Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their function, and small team to further develop their direct sourcing model and EVP. You will manage the provision of a professional, progressive and forward thinking/ create recruitment service to across the business working closely with all key stakeholders.

Other key accountabilities will include;

Work in partnership with the business to develop and implement the recruitment strategy.
Create and manage the delivery of an insight focused rolling resourcing plan which supports the business strategy and is responsive to the requirements of the business.
Manage the recruitment and on boarding activity for senior leadership roles, working with the Senior Leadership Team to agree the search and selection approach for each role
Develop effective recruitment policy and procedures and ensure a professional structured recruitment process that will fulfill business requirements.
To undertake competitor/market research and maintain a cost-effective recruitment process
Candidate management; ensuring that applicants are communicated with professionally, regularly and updated with regards to their progress
Co-ordinate departmental/regional resourcing plans and proactively work with managers across the business to develop strategies and actions to help them meet their recruitment targets.
Identify and lead group initiatives that help build an Employer of Choice brand e.g. advertising templates, campaigns, recruitment literature.
Manage a Resourcing Administration team.

The successful candidate will have a wealth of direct sourcing experience, working internally within competitive markets and fast operating organisations. You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the capability to "Partner" business heads in providing innovative and creative solutions to ensure the very best talent is attracted to the organisation. You will have the ability to think strategically and translate strategies into effective delivery models and plans. You will have experience managing high performing resourcing teams.
