Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting and innovative organisation in Bristol with the recruitment of a HR Resourcing and Onboarding Coordinator , this is a permanent full time post paying £25-30,000pa.

We are looking for somebody passionate about talent acquisition who can support the head of talent acquisition and the talent acquisition team as it grows, with the mission to build a team of world class engineers and supporting capabilities into the organisation.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, a fast learner, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. They will learn about the organisation, from the products, to the mission, to the values and ethics and share their genuine passion and belief in the company with all candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. The successful candidate will fully understand the impact of an excellent candidate experience and ensure candidates experience the best throughout the entire process.

Duties will be wide ranging and varied and will include:
*Scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews.
*Arranging calendars and meeting rooms
*Communicating effectively between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
*Ensuring an excellent end to end candidate experience
*Track progress of applicants using excel (ATS when implemented) maintain up to date records at all times
*Ensure interview notes are stored
*Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process as required
*Provide efficient administrative as required to the recruitment team as required
*Arrange employment contracts for all new employees, be the friendly face of the organisation as the key point of contact and support throughout the process
*PSL management
*Carry out and store all relevant checks, i.e., right to work, proof of address, background
*Coordinate the onboarding process for all new starters

Basic Qualifications/Experience:
*Significant demonstrable experience working as a recruitment and onboarding coordinator
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent prioritisation skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft excel
*Excellent customer service skills
*Proven ability to thrive in the fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
* Experience in a tech environment
* CIPD Qualified
