Own the design and delivery of Reward and Benefit practices and policies.
Manage supplier relationships to achieve competitive and cost effective reward solutions.
UK Gender Pay Gap completion, narrative and internal and external communications.
Completion of Equal Pay Reviews.
Management and maintenance of the UK Flexible Benefits scheme.
Support annual reward cycle processes such as pay review, bonus payments and delivery of employee benefits.
Global mobility including contracts, visas and immigration.
Lead participation in job evaluation and market benchmarking analysis.
Cost reconciliation, recharge and invoice settlement.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background in Reward Management and be able to evidence experience in benefits and pensions. A strong analytical mind and attention to detail you will be a commercial self starter that is happy to own projects and thrive looking for innovation and improvement in existing working practices. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively your workload with a focus on quality.
