Provide technical advice on all executive reward matters to a variety of senior stakeholders across all locations.
Make relevant recommendations that improve the organisations approach to executive compensation.
Planning and drafting materials for Remuneration Committee (RemCo) meetings, including preliminary pre-reads.
Lead the review of Director level remuneration.
Overseeing the on boarding of senior executives to ensure the smooth set up of pay and benefits in accordance with their offers.
Acting as point of escalation for a variety of reward related queries.
These are some of the key responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a background in Reward and be able to demonstrate an understanding of "Executive Reward" specifically and ideally in large complex organisations. An excellent communicator you will be able to manage exec level stakeholders and demonstrate your ability to form strong relationships.
