E-rostering Systems Administrator required by award winning professional services organisation In Bristol to administer and maintain the E-rostering system, ensuring accuracy, functionality and performance. Includes implementation/expansion of the system across the whole of the organisation, including training users and liaising with external software providers, as well as producing standard reports and run administrative processes according to performance needs.


*Support the E-rostering project team with implementation and maintenance of E-rostering systems across all teams. This will include data-gathering, assisting in standardising configuration and communicating complex information with non-technical staff.
*Work with the E-rostering project team to ensure a good service is delivered, and ensure the E-rostering system fulfils workforce needs.
*Provide training on use of system to staff at all levels across organisation either on a one to one basis or in a classroom style environment.
*Act as a subject matter expert in all aspects of the system.
*Administrate user accounts within the system.
*Promote local ownership of the system.
*Provide first point of contact for queries and system support for operational users on all aspects of E-rostering, co-ordinating actions for resolution when needed.
*Record issues and issue resolution for performance tracking.
*Produce standard reports and documentation as directed by the organisation.
*Update and ensure data quality for the E-rostering system, liaising with the other departments, so the system accurately reflects current staffing budgets, levels and staff contracts.
*Ensure rosters are signed off and processed for payroll in a timely and accurate manner, working to identify and eliminate errors related to system functionality.
*Ensure team calendars are up to date and visible to all members of the team.
*Support system up-grades and improvements (including documentation and training guides), ensuring continued access and functionality for all users.

Skills and Experience:

*Ability to handle and interpret data - a numerate and logical thinker.
*Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
*Confident working with staff at all levels of the organisation.
*Ability to develop & maintain close working relationships between individuals, teams and organisations
*Self motivation and ability to work on own initiative
*Friendly telephone manner
*Customer service skills
*Qualified driver with access to own transport for site visits.

Knowledge and qualifications:

*Administration / IT qualification to diploma level or equivalent training and experience.
*In-depth knowledge of configuring and using corporate IT systems
*Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Ability to occasionally work outside core hours from time to time on a pre-planned basis to support business unit training as required.
