As a key part of a dynamic marketing team, you'll deliver content and campaigns on a mix of social media channels (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and IG Stories.) You'll manage the social content calendar as well day to day delivery, while also leading on the online community of the organisation (engaging customers in conversations around exciting aspects of the business.) With an eye on the wider news and trends, you'll spot opportunities for engagement and respond accordingly. Working with customer service resolution teams, you'll also ensure a consistent tone of voice to customers.
*Several years experience in a social media or community manager position (either agency or inhouse)
*Proven track record supporting end-to-end social media campaigns including content creation, paid media, and growing communities for a brand
*Creativity and excellent content creation skills, able to shift tone of voice easily
*Expertise in social listening tools, platform management sites and photo/video editing is desirable
*Strong relationship builder, able to build effective working relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners/agencies
