This role can be based out of either Bristol, Birmingham or London.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*To successfully implement the UK wide ERP solution.
*To manage and lead all aspects of the large and complex needs of the project involving establishing project governance, business processes, UAT, data migration, and business reporting.
*To deliver the project on time, on budget and to quality using project management processes and tools including risk management, financial management and quality assurance.
*Responsible for communicating project key objectives, critical path milestones and overall status
*To organise resources and ensure that actions are taken to ensure that delivery stay on plan. Resolve any issues swiftly and decisively whilst safeguarding standards and procedures
*To demonstrate initiative and deliver organisational benefits from the new system
*Implementation of at least one ERP solution into a large and diverse organisation
*Demonstrable experience of managing large scale programme implementations
*Strong and demonstrable experience of working with a variety of stakeholders, demonstrating the ability to mitigate between different agendas, resolve conflicts and achieve positive outcomes especially in respect of benefits realisation and improved outcomes
*Proven aptitude for specifying and delivering technical programmes and transitioning into live service
*Broad but detailed technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines
*Strong experience of working with global delivery partners
Technical competency (qualifications and training):
*Excellent Microsoft Project, Visio and Adobe Professional skills
*Degree level qualification or significant experience of managing and leading project management teams and management of complex technical programmes
*Project Management qualification such as Prince 2 (Qualified to Practitioner level) or equivalent
*ITIL v3 certification or higher (Desirable)
*Agresso implementation experience (Desirable)
This role is based on a 12 month, fixed term contract paying up to £60,000 p/a for the successful candidate.
