The business is growing, successful and has a strong brand reputation. They are looking for someone to support their Customer Service and Operational functions, key stakeholders, and wider business with a relationship led, closely managed recruitment provision.
You will be given the autonomy to create the message for the external market and will work hard to support the identification and attraction of top talent for their business across their Head office, and Digital functions.
The Board understands the importance of bringing the best talent into their business and see this as a key role in achieving their ambitious plans.

You will understand how too develop resourcing programmes and projects for recruitment campaigns, talent pipelines and use the most progressive tools to develop the direct hire model and EVP.
In this pivotal role, the Resourcing Business Partner will work closely with their key business stakeholders and hiring managers to provide recruitment solutions that ensure we attract and select the best external talent. The Resourcing Business Partner role will work in partnership with key contacts within defined functional areas and be as single point of contact, taking time to understand business and resource needs.
