Without question this is one of the most exciting opportunities to come into the market for some time. Based remotely for a global technology firm you will lead and shape the L&D/ Talent strategy for one of their international divisions.

This role is fully remote with a remote working contract.

Working alongside the CPO with dotted line into the Group L&D Director, As a senior contributor to the Organisation Development team, you will design, develop and implement the Talent and Learning agenda.

As an individual you will be curious, have an understanding of what best in class truly means, be flexible and adaptable to regular change, comfortable with true autonomy and support from a trusting and thought provoking CPO.

Main responsibilities
*Implementation and delivery of learning and development processes to ensure a full scale learning service to the business.
Establishment of progressing Leadership Development programmes
*Responsible for innovation in learning design and the development of a range of delivery methods to meet the needs of the business, including the ongoing development of blending learning.
*Relationship Management of the operating directors, working to proactively develop the Learning & Development agenda around real business needs, as well as ensuring key stakeholders across the business are kept abreast of the plans and progress of the L&D strategy and the delivery of all relevant L&D interventions.
*Providing excellent coaching, performance management and development of the team of L&D business partners to ensure their continued performance, engagement and development
*Effective management of relationships with external bodies, including industry bodies, government training bodies and training organisations
*Building a culture of high performance, ensuring that professional capability is maintained and developed
*Provide ongoing review of ROI with plans to ensure continuous improvement of the function
*Work with the broader HR teams to ensure delivery of all relevant projects including performance, major bids etc…
*Effectively manage the L&D budget to ensure best use of funds available
