Agile Delivery Lead

Agile Delivery Lead required by market leading, award winning, financial services organisation. This role can be completed remotely with occasional days onsite at one of the organisations multiple locations across the UK.

Our client is in a period of change, they are currently working on a large number of transformation projects in an agile environment and need a forward-thinking, innovative Agile Delivery Lead to help take the business to the next level.

This is a brand-new role to the business, the Agile Delivery Lead will champion the delivery of strategic outcomes, facilitate events and coach to the wider business.

Ideal background:

• Understanding of how technical delivery operates in a Scaled Agile Framework.
• A forward-looking and innovative IT professional who can liaise with both the technical teams and key stakeholders and 3^rd
• Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Jira and Sharepoint as well as standard MS Office suite.
• Coaching skills to develop team capabilities and dynamics.
• Proactively engage with value stream members to ensure the standards are adhered to.
• Experience as an Agile Coach.
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with a strategic mindset – able to converse at all levels
• Self-starting and motivated – able to work alone or as part of a wider team.
• The ability to learn quickly at a conceptual level.
